AcousticHeart.com delivers to any USPS acceptable address in the United States and Canada (including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and any military address).  All items are shipped via USPS insured mail unless otherwise specfied.  Tracking information will be forwarded directly to each customers email address.  Please see international specifications below.
 
Shipping and handling charges may change at any time with out notice.  Please check site prior to order for any pricing changes.  We process orders M - F 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST.  We require two business days for processing.  Please calculate shipping times accordingly.*
 
Shipping and handling is calculated on a per item basis.  If you are ordering more than one item, please contact customer service at contactus@acousticheart.com for your reduced shipping costs.
 
USPS Priority Mail (within continental United States Only)
Delivery time for Priority Mail is approximately 2 to 3 business days.*
 
USPS Express Mail (within continental United States Only)
Delivery time for Express Mail is overnight to most areas.*
 
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and any Military Address
Delivery time for Priority Mail is approximately 4 to 6 business days. *
Delivery time for Express Mail is approximately 2 to 3 business days.*
 
Canada & International
Delivery is via USPS Express insured unless otherwise negotiated.  Tracking information will be forwarded directly to each customers email address.  Please contact us at support@acousticheart.com for reduced shipping quotes and/or any questions.  Please include your city, postal code and item desired with any shipping questions and we will contact you with the shipping information.
 
Delivery time for Global Priority is 4 to 10 business days (customs may delay)*
Delivery time for Global Express is 2 to 4 business days (customs may delay)*
 
Please Note: International shipping options may include: USPS Global Priority or USPS Global Express.  Your international shipping quotes and shipping time will include all the available options listed above that are available to your country/region.  You will be responsible for all duty tax (TARIFF) and/or VAT (value added tax) to your shipping destination, unless otherwise specified.  Please contact your individual customs agencies for your individual countries/regions duty tax and/or VAT.  A helpful website for TARIFF/VAT is http://www.export.gov/logistics/country_tariff_info.asp.
 
For International Orders - Please contact us at support@acousticheart.com for your shipping quote and/or any questions. Please include your city, postal code and item desired.  We will respond as stated above.  After you choose your shipping option an email invoice will be sent.  There will be a direct link for secure Paypal payment in the email invoice.  Please DO NOT complete the checkout process through the website.
 
*Please note: All orders require two business days to process.  Therefore add two days to all shipping times for processing.
Returns
Procedure for returning a purchased item:
1. Immediately notify our customer service department and obtain prior authorization @ support@acousticheart.com  No Returns will be accepted without prior authorization.
 
2. Item must be in resalable NEW condition and in original packaging. 
 
3. All merchandise must be returned in its original shipping packaging (UPC or bar code intact) with all accessories, components, and manuals that may have accompanied the original shipment.
 
4. Enclose the original receipt/invoice.
 
5. Send the item(s) back to the return address in the original package.
 
6. Return the product via UPS or US mail or other common carrier prepaid and insured.  Retain your shipping receipt for proof.
 
7. We cannot accept responsibility for uninsured packages returned through the US Postal Service or UPS.
 
8. Shipping rates for packaging, insurance and delivery are not reimbursable.
 
9. Please note any item which has been custom engraved can not be returned, exchanged or refunded
