The 3MŽ Service Center provides FREE repair and service for Littmann stethoscopes while under warranty. For Littmann stethoscopes no longer under warranty, there is a charge for refurbishment and cleaning. 3M Littmann will promptly service your stethoscope within 24 hours of its arrival at the 3M Service Center. After servicing, 3M will send you an invoice (if applicable) payable within 30 days. Visa and Master Card are accepted.
To send in your stethoscope for repair, simply write a short note explaining the repair or service you require, the date you purchased your Littmann stethoscope, your name, address and phone number. Include the note with your stethoscope, and ship via a traceable courier to the address below: 3M Service Center repair is available to US customers only.
